Worked on the WeblateOrg/website repository to initiate Hindi localization for the website’s user interface, focusing on expanding accessibility for Hindi-speaking users. Implemented the first phase of Hindi translations by updating Weblate translation files and associated metadata, resulting in 0.9% coverage with 7 out of 726 strings translated. Established a foundational localization workflow using Django and Python, setting the stage for future translation efforts. The approach emphasized maintainability and scalability, ensuring that additional Hindi translations can be integrated efficiently. No bug fixes were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature development in localization and translation processes.
