Worked on the openmfp/portal-ui-lib repository to deliver a deterministic UI feature that sorts Luigi nodes alphabetically when their order values are equal, addressing the need for greater UI consistency and predictability. The solution was implemented using TypeScript and React, with a test-driven approach to ensure the sorting logic performed as intended. By introducing automated tests to validate the new behavior, the work improved both user experience and code reliability. No major bugs were fixed during this period, but the feature reduced cognitive load for users and aligned with tracked issues, demonstrating a focus on maintainable and user-friendly front-end development.
