Jack Molloy developed MDSS Data Interval Slicing for the ministryofjustice/analytical-platform-airflow repository, enabling incremental data processing in Airflow workflows. He introduced the DATA_INTERVAL_START and DATA_INTERVAL_END template variables, allowing per-run data slices and more accurate data loading. His work included a Docker image security update and a minor version bump to support interval testing and safer deployments. Using YAML for configuration management and leveraging DevOps and CI/CD practices, Jack’s contributions reduced data latency and deployment risk. The depth of his work is reflected in the integration of new workflow variables and security improvements within a single, cohesive feature release.
