The main contribution involved removing a deprecated database export option, specifically the 'Should FTL store queries in the database?' checkbox and its label from the settings-privacy.lp file. This change, implemented using HTML, streamlined the settings page by eliminating unused elements, thereby reducing user confusion and the risk of misconfiguration. By cleaning up legacy code paths, the update also lowered future maintenance overhead and aligned the interface with the project’s roadmap toward simpler, more robust privacy controls. No bug fixes were recorded.
