
Worked on the fusedio/udfs repository to deliver consolidated user-defined functions (UDFs) for NEX-GDDP CMIP6 climate model data, focusing on visualization and accessibility. Developed Python-based UDFs that enable visualization of Zarr-format datasets with bounding box and time range selection, incorporating Web Mercator reprojection for geospatial analysis. Added a dedicated UDF to support yearly climate data visualization, facilitating annual trend analysis. Reorganized all UDFs and documentation into a public directory to streamline onboarding and improve discoverability. Addressed packaging and import issues by relocating the Jacob UDF, enhancing maintainability and reducing setup friction for downstream analysts working with cloud storage.
