Emphasized documentation best practices and Git commit hygiene to ensure traceability and onboarding readiness. Coordinated updates across the repository, leveraging Markdown for documentation and Git for version control. This work established a baseline for weekly progress reporting, supporting more effective sprint planning and communication among stakeholders throughout the project.
