Also improved data integrity and performance by fixing a read_only flag in hd_ticket.py and removing an unnecessary parent field from the update_shift_request_pending_approver_to_pending_approval.py query. These changes collectively improve traceability, security, and data retrieval efficiency, delivering business value through faster resolution, clearer audit trails, and reduced risk of unauthorized access.
