
Andrew Jang contributed to the acm-ucr/star-wars-website project by building new UI features and improving deployment reliability over a two-month period. He developed the Club History section, including a dedicated History page and a reusable HistoryLanding UI component, using React and Next.js with Tailwind CSS for responsive design and Next.js Image optimization for performance. In addition, Andrew enhanced the Home Page with responsive footer icons and an animated “What We Do” section using framer-motion. He also stabilized the CI/CD pipeline by updating GitHub Actions workflows, addressing build failures and ensuring smoother releases. His work demonstrated solid frontend and DevOps skills.
