This feature enhanced the check taxonomy, enabling automated detection and streamlined management of vulnerabilities specific to Arch deployments. The work focused on security automation design and maintainability, reducing the need for manual configuration and supporting faster onboarding of new operating systems. Leveraging skills in security auditing, system administration, and C programming, the contribution improved cross-distribution coverage and efficiency in vulnerability management workflows, positioning gvmd for broader OS-specific security check integration in the future.
