Worked on stabilizing the build systems for the facebook/buck2 and facebook/buck2-prelude repositories by restoring previous llvm-dwp functionality. Addressed compatibility issues introduced by recent changes, reverting the switch from hardcoded llvm-dwp to dwp_rule to maintain established build and CI workflows. Utilized Python scripting and debugging skills to ensure both repositories aligned on a single, compatible llvm-dwp baseline, reducing downstream risk and preserving interoperability. Validated the stability of continuous integration and build processes, and documented all changes for auditability. This work maintained a reliable foundation for future development while supporting ongoing build system development and maintenance efforts.
