Worked on the projectdiscovery/nuclei-templates repository to enhance the reliability of SQL injection vulnerability detection, specifically addressing CVE-2024-13322. Focused on refining the time-based payload logic by extending the delay from 0.7 to 7 seconds, which improved the accuracy of detecting time-based blind SQL injections and reduced the risk of false negatives in scan results. Utilized YAML for template configuration and applied security and vulnerability research skills to debug and precisely tune payload timings. This targeted bug fix strengthened the overall security scanning process, reinforced code quality, and contributed to more effective remediation workflows within the project.
