Worked on the medusajs/medusa repository to enhance the reliability of the Admin stock location API by developing integration tests focused on stock location metadata. Using TypeScript and REST API principles, the work centered on verifying the correct creation and retrieval of top-level stock_location.metadata, ensuring alignment with Admin dashboard editing capabilities. The approach emphasized integration testing and validation, expanding test coverage beyond address metadata to reduce the risk of regressions in production. No runtime dependencies were altered, and no major bugs were addressed, as the primary goal was to improve test coverage, stability, and confidence in API responses for metadata handling.
