Developed a JSON-driven domain configuration system for the is-a-dev/register repository, enabling streamlined management of portfolio site domains such as jashan.is-a.dev. The work focused on defining owner and CNAME fields within JSON, extending support for multiple DNS records to improve scalability and reliability. Addressed a CNAME normalization issue by ensuring domains were referenced without protocol prefixes, which reduced misconfigurations and improved DNS targeting. Leveraged skills in JSON manipulation, configuration management, and web development to deliver more efficient domain provisioning. All changes were tracked through commit history, supporting traceability and facilitating faster onboarding with fewer deployment errors for new portfolio sites.
