Worked on the tryretool/retool-helm repository to deliver secure, reliable, and flexible Kubernetes deployments using Helm. Over six months, built features such as API Gateway support, secure license key management, and robust secret handling for multiplayer and core services. Leveraged Go templating, Shell scripting, and YAML to implement deterministic configuration logic, externalize sensitive data with Kubernetes Secrets, and automate deployment validation through CI/CD workflows. Addressed deployment reliability by refining environment variable injection and aligning chart versioning with upstream changes. The work emphasized operational security, maintainability, and deployment reproducibility, demonstrating strong DevOps, Helm, and Kubernetes expertise throughout the project.
