Implemented OKD-only featureset enforcement on OCP clusters by adding a targeted test that ensures the OKD featureset cannot be enabled on OCP, with a simplified scope to OC P clusters. These efforts reduce misconfiguration risk, strengthen security posture, and improve platform reliability.
