The solution involved removing a duplicated jq invocation within a bash script, ensuring that jq executed only once per run. This change improved the reliability and efficiency of log collection, reducing end-to-end processing time and preventing production delays. Demonstrated strong debugging and scripting abilities using bash and jq, with a focus on DevOps practices. The work reflected careful change management and attention to production stability, contributing to a smoother log collection process without introducing new features during the period.
