Jawrey developed a trusted publishing workflow for the dialpad/dialtone repository, focusing on integrating NPM with GitHub Actions to enhance the CI/CD pipeline. By leveraging YAML for configuration and automating the release process, Jawrey reduced manual intervention and improved the security and traceability of deployments. The workflow introduced auditable commit messages and centralized documentation, enabling faster and safer releases while minimizing the risk of publishing from untrusted sources. Although the work spanned a single feature over one month, it demonstrated depth in CI/CD automation and governance, resulting in a more robust and compliant release process for the dialtone codebase.
