Developed and delivered the OpenStack Prometheus Exporter Integration for the OpenStackweb/osf-website repository, focusing on enhancing observability and metrics-driven operations for OpenStack environments. The work involved integrating the OpenStack Exporter into the universe projects list, enabling Prometheus-based metrics collection and alerting to support proactive incident response and improved reliability. Leveraging skills in data management and front end development, the implementation was managed through Git with a single, well-documented commit to minimize risk and simplify future maintenance. The integration supports faster mean time to recovery, better capacity planning, and more robust monitoring for production OpenStack workloads using JSON.
