Worked on the nextstrain/nextstrain.org repository to enhance data discoverability and user navigation by adding support for the RSV F-antibody-escape dataset. Updated the manifest_core.json file to expose the new dataset in the RSV navigation, ensuring alignment between server data and the client UI. Leveraged skills in API integration, data management, and web development, primarily working with JSON to synchronize the manifest with the deployment pipeline. Validated that the dataset appeared correctly across all relevant UI resolutions and documented the root cause of previous visibility issues, coordinating with maintainers to finalize updates and maintain consistency across data manifests and build artifacts.
