Developed automated sprint project management workflows for the harvester/harvester repository, focusing on streamlining issue tracking and sprint progression. Leveraged GitHub Actions and YAML to create automation that adds newly opened issues to the sprint project board and updates their status in response to labeling, closing, or commenting events. Refactored an existing workflow to ensure issues advance reliably to the next sprint iteration, reducing manual intervention and improving sprint cadence. The work emphasized end-to-end automation, enhancing visibility and reliability throughout the sprint lifecycle. This approach improved throughput and coordination, enabling faster and clearer movement of issues from open to completion.
