During July 2025, Jean Delamar worked on the Accedian/grafana-docker repository, delivering two coordinated release cycles focused on improving release management and user-facing documentation. Jean updated versioning and changelog files using Markdown and Git-based workflows, ensuring each release included clear dates and traceable notes for customers. By maintaining disciplined semantic changelog management and a pull request-driven release process, Jean enhanced release traceability and streamlined downstream packaging. The work established a stable baseline for future development, prioritized release readiness, and improved time-to-market.
