During May 2025, John Donaghue expanded the iconography of the launchdarkly/launchpad-ui repository by designing and integrating a new arrow-merge icon. He created the SVG asset, registered its type in TypeScript, and ensured the icon’s consistent usage across the frontend codebase. John documented the addition through a changeset, supporting both release notes and audit requirements. His work aligned with existing icon patterns, facilitating future updates and maintaining UI consistency. Focusing on feature delivery rather than bug fixes, John demonstrated proficiency in frontend development and iconography, applying both SVG and TypeScript to enhance the visual toolkit available to Launchpad UI.
