In kube-burner/kube-burner-ocp, implemented Prometheus-based observability for Open vSwitch by adding Bash and YAML scripts to collect cgroup CPU and memory metrics, enabling detailed performance analysis of ovs-vswitchd and related services. Later, in openshift/release, automated CI rehearsal workflows by introducing a wait-based debug cluster command, streamlining configuration testing and reducing manual intervention. Updated documentation and refactored scripts to improve traceability and reliability of CI rehearsals. Work focused on automation, CI/CD, and system metrics, demonstrating depth in infrastructure scripting and monitoring integration.
January 2026: Key automation delivered to CI rehearsal workflows for the openshift/release repo. Implemented a fully automated rehearse debug cluster command using a wait reference to test configurations, reducing manual steps and speeding feedback. Updated the rehearse-debug-cluster flow and documentation to reflect the new wait-based approach, improving traceability and reliability of CI rehearsals.
