Worked on the ComplianceAsCode/content repository to enhance CIS Benchmark compliance for RHEL, focusing on improving the alignment and stability of security tests. Delivered a feature that shifted the server benchmark level from l2_server to l1_server for control 1.1.1.8, refining benchmark mapping and reporting accuracy. Updated profile stability tests to include kernel_module_usb-storage_disabled in the RHEL 8 CIS level 1 profile, which increased the accuracy and consistency of security configuration verifications. Utilized YAML for configuration management and applied DevOps and security compliance practices, emphasizing reliable testing and configuration consistency throughout the development process during the month.
