In November 2024, Jeka Sudakov enhanced the gravity-ui/table repository by re-exporting TanStack types and functions through a dedicated package entry point. This work involved creating a stable, package-scoped surface for TanStack utilities, allowing developers to import these resources directly from @gravity-ui/table/tanstack rather than the original TanStack libraries. By consolidating the API surface, Jeka streamlined the integration process for teams using the table component, reducing import friction and improving overall developer experience. The implementation leveraged front-end development skills with a focus on React and TypeScript, demonstrating a targeted approach to simplifying dependency management and supporting maintainable codebases.
