Worked on the IGVF-DACC/igvfd repository to deliver a barcode-to-donor mapping schema, enabling more accurate linkage between barcodes and donor records for improved data integration and downstream analytics. The technical approach involved defining a new mapping enum within the schema and updating related Markdown documentation files, such as analysis_step.md and tabular_file.md, to support the new data type. Additionally, addressed a bug related to insert operations, enhancing data integrity and pipeline reliability. Demonstrated skills in schema definition, data modeling, and disciplined version control, with all changes focused on strengthening data quality and supporting robust analytics workflows within the project.
