Developed secure tooling and user experience improvements across the OpenList and OpenList-Frontend repositories, focusing on encryption workflows and video navigation reliability. Built a command-line encryption tool in Go for OpenList, enabling users to encrypt and decrypt files and directories with robust path handling and automated output directory creation. Addressed edge cases in encrypted path processing to ensure accurate handling of folder and file names. On the frontend, resolved a navigation issue in TypeScript and React Hooks that prevented incorrect video path resolution when users manually selected videos, enhancing operational reliability and data protection for both backend and user-facing workflows.
