Month 2024-12 focused on updating the eHealth Documentation within fut-infrastructure/implementation-guide to reflect critical changes in ServiceRequest performer semantics, introduce ehealth-careteam as a possible performer, and include ALAL03 in the ehealth-conditions ValueSet. A single release-doc commit updated release documentation to capture these changes, aligning the Implementation Guide with current standards and improving interoperability. No major bug fixes were logged this month; effort centered on documentation, release governance, and ensuring downstream consumers have accurate guidance.

November 2024: Delivered a new Document Sharing State Codeset for the eHealth infrastructure in fut-infrastructure/implementation-guide, including StructureDefinition documentation for DocumentReference (location and system for the new tag) and an update to the changelog to include the new CodeSystem. This work enhances interoperability, governance, and downstream integration consistency.

Month: 2024-10 focused on enhancing the EHealth ServiceRequest profile to support flexible care-team coordination. Implemented multi-performer support (0..*) and allowed ehealth-careteam as a performer reference, improving assignment flexibility for service requests. Updated the implementation guide repository (fut-infrastructure/implementation-guide) to reflect the new model and ensure consistency across docs and code. This work strengthens interoperability and operational throughput by enabling cross-team service delivery.
