Worked on the Telefonica/mistica-android repository to deliver improvements to the release notification system, focusing on enhancing communication with Microsoft Teams. Developed a feature that formats release notifications using Adaptive Cards, providing structured and visually clear updates for stakeholders. Addressed issues with multiline release notes by implementing content escaping prior to sending, which improved readability and ensured accurate display in Teams channels. Utilized CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and scripting with Shell and YAML to automate and streamline the notification process. The work increased the reliability of release communications and reduced confusion, supporting better visibility for Android release activities within the organization.
