Developed features for automated CSV ingestion, dataset integration, and forecasting data asset generation, supporting weekly hospitalization and flu strain forecasts across multiple locations and horizons. Leveraged Python and YAML for backend development, data engineering, and configuration management, ensuring traceable, versioned data workflows. Enhanced data completeness, provenance, and governance by standardizing submission processes and metadata. The work enabled reproducible, timely forecasting pipelines and improved decision-support for public health partners, with a focus on data quality, workflow automation, and robust analytics infrastructure.
