In February 2025, Jez Stulk delivered a new ESA Sentinel 2C Level 1 product definition for the GeoscienceAustralia/dea-config repository, focusing on configuration management and data modeling using YAML. Jez designed a metadata schema aligned with the eo3_sentinel standard, specifying product name, description, license, and detailed spectral band information. This work established a standardized approach for ingesting and cataloging S2C Level 1 data, improving data discoverability and interoperability across downstream workflows. The implementation demonstrated a strong understanding of schema design and metadata standards, resulting in a robust foundation for consistent data management within the geospatial data processing pipeline.
