Worked on the PWABuilder repository to maintain deployment velocity during a period of backend packaging instability. Addressed a critical deployment blocker by implementing a temporary frontend workaround using TypeScript, enabling the enableWebAppWidgets flag and ensuring manifestUrl was populated when missing. This solution allowed builds to proceed while backend teams resolved the underlying issue, minimizing customer impact and downtime. Once the backend was stabilized, the workaround was cleanly reverted to restore original behavior. Demonstrated disciplined bug fixing, frontend development, and full stack development skills, with careful coordination across teams and a focus on robust manifest management and release reliability.
