Dec 1, 2025December 2025 monthly summary for OpenHUTB/nn: Delivered end-to-end Drone Hand Gesture Recognition and Control System featuring a lightweight CNN for gesture recognition and a keypoint classifier for gesture modes. The system supports multiple gestures (fist, point, palm, open hand), with improved frame-rate stability and robustness to lighting conditions. Mode switching was implemented to support three operational modes. Documentation updates and code readability enhancements were completed. Added keypoint_classifier.py and integrated it into the Drone_gesture_operation pipeline, along with main.py synchronization and extensive comments. Low-light recognition improvements and region-based gesture outputs were tackled to improve reliability in real-world ops.
