Worked on the signalapp/Signal-iOS repository, delivering targeted improvements to user experience and interface consistency. Developed a feature enabling direct map address viewing by updating the URL scheme to maps://, allowing users to open shared addresses seamlessly in the native Maps app and reducing navigation steps. Additionally, addressed a UI inconsistency by standardizing the zero-byte display in backup progress bars from 'Zero kB' to '0 kB', improving clarity and uniformity across the app. Both changes were implemented with focused, low-risk code updates using Swift and SwiftUI, demonstrating attention to detail in iOS development and cross-app integration workflows.
