Worked on improving the documentation for the bytecodealliance/component-docs repository by clarifying the rules around WIT file packaging. Focused on reducing onboarding friction and ambiguity, the update specified that all WIT files must belong to a package, either directly or through a peer file in the same directory. This change was implemented using Markdown and leveraged technical writing skills to update terminology related to files, folders, and packages. The work aimed to enhance maintainability and provide clearer guidance for contributors, ultimately supporting better understanding of the component model’s organizational structure for both users and downstream tooling. No bugs were addressed.
