Jinx focused on enhancing the Home Assistant brands repository by delivering a cohesive set of Avalon icon updates aimed at improving UI consistency and accessibility, particularly for dark theme users. Leveraging skills in graphic design, UI design, and UI/UX design, Jinx created new SVG-based icons for Avalon Nano 3s devices and custom integrations, ensuring visual coherence across the platform. The work included three targeted commits that aligned with the design system and addressed accessibility needs in dark mode. Over the course of one month, Jinx’s contributions deepened the repository’s design quality, though the scope was limited to feature development without bug fixes.
