Worked on stabilizing the WebSocket test suite for the yhirose/cpp-httplib repository, focusing on improving test reliability across environments. Addressed a recurring issue where the integration test used the AF_INET address family, which was incompatible with the server’s IPv6-only listener. By updating the test to use AF_INET6 and aligning it with the server’s ::1 address, the developer eliminated flaky failures and reduced debugging time. This C++ development and testing effort enhanced CI reliability and supported more consistent release cycles. The work demonstrated attention to cross-platform compatibility and contributed to faster feedback loops for ongoing development and maintenance.
