Worked on the NVIDIA/NeMo-Agent-Toolkit repository to refactor the Wikipedia search feature, moving it into a dedicated module to improve maintainability and modularity. Focused on code organization and refactoring using Python, the changes ensured that the Wikipedia search tool is now properly registered and easily accessible within the AIQ Toolkit, enhancing discoverability for end users. This approach facilitates future enhancements and simplifies testing by isolating functionality. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on structural improvements. The work demonstrates a methodical approach to modular design and maintainable code, emphasizing clarity and future scalability within the codebase.
