Worked on BambuStudio to align the notification sound setting terminology with firmware descriptions, focusing on improving user comprehension and consistency across the application. Using C++ and GUI development skills, implemented a UI label change from "Allow Prompt Sound" to "Enable notification sounds," ensuring the application’s language matched that of the underlying firmware. This adjustment reduced ambiguity for users and enhanced onboarding by providing clearer, more consistent settings. The work, delivered in the bambulab/BambuStudio repository, contributed to improved UX consistency and maintainability, setting a foundation for future cross-platform parity. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts centered on feature refinement.
