Worked on the CHORUS-TRE/chorus-tre repository to deliver three features focused on CI/CD reliability and security. Stabilized Go runtimes in test containers using YAML and Helm, ensuring consistent test execution and reducing flakiness across CI environments. Incremented Helm chart versions to support non-breaking updates in Argo CI, enabling smoother deployments. Later, introduced a configurable umask option for JuiceFS S3 Gateway, allowing fine-grained access control over object permissions and aligning with security and compliance requirements. All changes were implemented with a focus on minimizing risk and maintaining compatibility, leveraging skills in DevOps, Kubernetes, and containerization to improve operational stability.
