September 2025 — SonarSource/sonarqube-scan-action: Focus on onboarding and developer experience. Delivered a Quick Start and Usage Guide by restructuring the README to clearly state the action’s purpose, supported languages, and prerequisites, with distinct guidance for SonarQube Cloud and Server to accelerate GitHub Actions integration. This work reduces setup time, mitigates adoption risk, and improves cross-environment usage. No major bugs fixed this month; maintenance centered on documentation quality and guidance. Overall impact: clearer guidance, faster onboarding, and stronger business value from the action. Technologies demonstrated: documentation architecture, cross-environment guidance (Cloud/Server), and GitHub Actions workflow integration best practices.

August 2025: Delivered release metadata updates for two Azure DevOps extensions in SonarSource/sonar-update-center-properties. Implemented version lifecycle changes for metadata: moved v3.3 from publicVersions to archivedVersions and added v7.3 to publicVersions, ensuring accurate upgrade paths and improved discoverability. Changes align with release management practices and provide customers with up-to-date metadata, changelogs, and download references.
