Worked on enhancing the Agent Consumption Overview in the microsoft/BCApps repository by prototyping a new UI field, “Is Excluded From Billing,” designed to clarify non-billable agent consumption. Leveraged AL programming and both front end and back end development skills to implement and test the feature, ensuring it integrated seamlessly with existing billing logic. After identifying inaccuracies in representing trial and non-billable scenarios, the feature was carefully rolled back to maintain data integrity and prevent misbilling. Throughout the process, maintained thorough documentation and an audit trail, supporting future iterations and emphasizing risk management and rollback readiness in the development workflow.
