Worked on the elastic/elasticsearch-java repository to enhance the release process by automating the publication of Javadoc artifacts to AWS S3. Extended the CI/CD pipeline and build scripts, written in Shell and YAML, to include the Javadoc JAR as a versioned artifact, ensuring it is uploaded to a dedicated S3 location. Updated project documentation to reference the new Javadoc hosting URL, improving accessibility for both developers and external users. This work streamlined artifact discoverability and reduced manual intervention in the release workflow. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts focused on DevOps automation and documentation improvements for the project.
