Worked on the eopf-toolkit/eopf-101 repository to expand Zarr data access in R, integrating Rarr and GDAL within Quarto documentation. Developed new Quarto markdown files that demonstrate practical workflows for reading and visualizing Zarr data, addressing challenges such as scale and offset handling. Improved reproducibility by stabilizing the runtime environment, moving R package dependencies to environment.yaml, and explicitly configuring PROJ and GDAL variables. Enhanced documentation with clear examples and benchmarking support using r-bench, while resolving missing function references and enabling tests without caching. Focused on R programming, data manipulation, and spatial data analysis to ensure reliable and maintainable code.
