Developed a post-creation callback hook for the Document Internationalization Plugin in the sanity-io/document-internationalization repository, enabling custom logic to run automatically after translation documents are created. This feature surfaces both document and language data, streamlining localization workflows and reducing manual intervention for post-creation tasks. The implementation focused on plugin API design and callback-based extensibility, leveraging TypeScript and JavaScript to ensure robust integration with Sanity.io. By introducing this targeted functionality, the work enhanced automation and flexibility for translation scenarios, laying groundwork for future extensibility. Throughout the development process, version control discipline and a focused, single-feature approach were consistently demonstrated.
