Worked on enhancing the openclaw/openclaw repository by implementing dynamic model ID resolution for OpenRouter. This feature allowed OpenRouter to function as a pass-through proxy, supporting any valid model identifier rather than relying on a static catalog. The approach eliminated the need for ongoing catalog maintenance, enabling faster onboarding of new models and improving interoperability for end users. The work focused on backend and full stack development, utilizing TypeScript and Markdown to deliver the solution. By shifting to dynamic resolution, the update reduced operational overhead and broadened compatibility, reflecting a thoughtful approach to API integration and system extensibility within the project.
