Contributed to the hashicorp/go-tfe repository by implementing granular workspace read controls, introducing the CanReadStateVersions and CanReadVariable permissions to enhance fine-grained access management. This work involved backend development in Go, expanding test coverage and fixtures to ensure robust validation of the new permissions. Additionally, updated release documentation and the project’s CHANGELOG using Markdown to accurately reflect these changes and maintain clear contributor attribution, including correcting a previous mismerge related to the TerraformVersion field. The updates improved security and auditing capabilities while maintaining high standards for code quality, documentation, and version control throughout the development and release process.
