Worked on ONSdigital/dp-frontend-search-controller and ONSdigital/dp-compose, delivering features and fixes that improved both user experience and developer workflows. Addressed a logic error in related data handling by correcting allowed page types and enhanced frontend testing using Behavior Driven Development with Gherkin. Improved documentation clarity for maintainability. In dp-compose, implemented configuration management for reliable inter-service communication by wiring environment variables and reverse proxy settings, and enabled hot reloading for the data administration UI to accelerate development feedback. Utilized Go, YAML, and Docker to streamline infrastructure and deployment processes, focusing on correctness, maintainability, and efficient developer experience across both repositories.
