Worked on Automattic/wp-calypso, delivering two targeted front end features over two months with a focus on UI/UX clarity and consistency. Improved the security settings interface by standardizing terminology around two-step authentication, refactoring UI labels and instructional text to reduce user confusion and support overhead. Later, refreshed the VAT details management experience by aligning header and sidebar states with user actions, updating sidebar messaging, and reusing React components for technical consistency. Both features were implemented using JavaScript and TypeScript, emphasizing maintainability and user guidance while streamlining workflows and preparing the codebase for future enhancements in self-service editing.
