Contributed a targeted documentation enhancement to the sabia-group/How-Tos repository by updating the NEB tutorial with a detailed note on Hyperthreading configuration for Slurm. This addition clarified how to allocate each MPI task to a full physical core, directly addressing common misconfigurations and improving CPU utilization in high-performance computing environments. The work focused on aligning NEB documentation with ASE tutorial integration, streamlining onboarding for new users and reducing setup errors. Utilizing reStructuredText (rst) and documentation best practices, the update improved clarity and usability for both new and experienced users, supporting more efficient resource management in Slurm-based workflows.
